Just wanted to congratulate you all on the Madness kill. Top 200 US and top 600 world 25 man guild, you should all be very proud of it.

Everyone worked so hard for this. I can't tell you how impressed I am with the level of dedication I see in the guild now. I want to thank the people that sat on the side lines for this encounter and let the guild take the best possible comp. I appreciate every member that showed up and put those 140 or so attempts in. On to madness!

Could everyone in addition to completing a BIS list also complete a list of their main and alts that are within the guild. Looking through the groups it appears we have numerous characters in the wrong listings. We would like to correct this to allow access to the correct Guild Bank features, forums, and listings withing the guild. This will also help us place notes on the character files to correctly associate alts and friends to their respected main or raider.

As you all have noticed, Pher has placed a comment sticky on her mumble profile taking one to a BIS List on Google docs. This list was created using information from those who filled out a BIS List on the guild forums. Please keep the document updated with pieces obtained during the raid night. With easy access to the document from mumble, there will be no excuse to not have your BIS listing up to date.

Again our Pheromone has come through for us with BOSS STRATS.
We have created a sub forum for this found here:

Any questions or comments about these fights please post here. Also Skitz and Pher plan to run 10 man on off nights until we start downing 25 hard modes to push progression. So if you are interested watch the guild calendar.

For those that may not know it. We at Pshift play many other games than WoW. I'd like to draw attention to a couple for those are interested in joining in on our off nights.
League of Legends:
With the start of season 2 arranged teams are finally possible. Even though teams can only hold 8 members, any player can be on up to 5 teams. Our teams have not been created yet, but the thread is started here http://pshift.wowstead.com/forums/public-forums/general-discussion/1516253-league-of-legends-ranked-teamBattlefield 3:
Been playing this a for a few weeks now. A few of us are even have decent enough to level up and get squad perks. Pshift has a platoon now called Cenarion Circle Jerks (CCJ). Thread can be found here: http://pshift.wowstead.com/forums/public-forums/general-discussion/1481320-bf3-pc -
Skitzat here reminding all of you old and new about the new attendance rules that were announced in raid a few weeks ago.
Any attendance related issues should be posted in the attendance notice thread:
http://pshift.wowstead.com/forums/guild-discussion/guild-chatter/1058505-attendance-notices-threadObviously if you miss a raid or are late, you do not get the EP for that night. The new rule we have instated is that if you miss a raid and do not notify anyone you will also be docked half the EP awarded that night. Now before I get a backlash there are multiple ways to notify us:
1) Top preference is the attendance notice thread. Its visible to everyone and easy to check as forming raid who will not be showing up.
2) Email. I have had an email account skitzatwow@gmail.com set up for a while now with this site that you can send email to if you cannot get onto the site to post. This is much less prefered as I may not make raid and then the running officer will not know to not expect you. Also it is not condensed in one place like thread is and makes checking who is going to be missing a pain.
3) Tell an officer. Whether its in game or in mumble. Let them know to pass it on to raid leader.Obviously there will be random situations that you have no control over and no means to notify. (Stranded in the woods and a bear ate your cell phone.) If that happens we will handle it on a case by case basis.
Another thing is unannounced AFKs. We take a decent 5-10 min break everynight. Usually around 10:30. Sometimes I forget about your break, but usually Dr or someone will remind one and we'll take one after the next boss attempt. However, if you have to afk immediately you still need to tell someone about it. Preferably in mumble, if not send a whisper to the officers and make sure they respond that they have seen your message. We will then make the call whether we wait for you or pull in a bench player. If you ninja afk without letting anyone know, I will be docking the EP value of one boss attempt (250 EP) from your total.
If these new rules sound harsh, then you are not considering the inconveniences you place on the other 24 raiders when you do not show up or stall raid with random AFKs.
